All you really have to do is open your eyes and see what it is that you need to do. It is not trivial or naive; taking responsibility always pays off in some way or form. Authentic and genuine commitment will bring about good, eventually. It is essential that one introduce structure to the chaos, where you have the influence to do so. Take responsibility for what you can, it will never be easy, but then in leadership, easy is never an option. Being fragile or at least, vulnerable is a pre-condition for the heroic consequence of our actions. If we were not fragile our actions could not be heroic.
